5. Transfers
Your personal data may be shared, to the extent required by the service and in accordance with the law, with our business partners (for example accommodation, transfer, laboratory, software / hosting providers) and authorized public authorities. Where a transfer abroad is needed, the safeguards required by KVKK are applied.
6. Retention period
Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose requires and for the limitation / retention periods set out in applicable law; it is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly

- To request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate

- To request that correction / deletion be notified to third parties to whom data was transferred
- To object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems
- To claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

You can send requests about your rights to info@limbleng.com or in writing to the address above. Applications are concluded as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, in line with KVKK and related communiqués.
